What we collect
Your account details (name, email, university, year, field), the CV files you upload, CV reports, match checks and your activity on the platform (e.g. which events you view).
Why we use it
To show you opportunities and events that fit you, analyse your CV and send you emails. We don't sell your data.
AI analysis
Your CV and any job ad text you paste are sent to Anthropic's Claude model for analysis. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train models. We ask for separate consent when you upload.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase (European Union, Frankfurt). CV files are in a private folder that only you and the Himate team (for support) can access.
Universities and employers
We don't give your personal data or CV to third parties. In the future we may use only aggregated, anonymous statistics in reports, and we'll ask for your separate consent first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Write to salam@himate.az.
