Why Hire Mate

Find and engage candidates

Your job shows up where young talent already is, and good candidates never get lost.

  • Reach the HiMate community

Your job appears in the students' and graduates' feed; every application lands in your pipeline.

  • Screening questions

Up to 5 questions. A knockout answer doesn't hide the candidate, it moves them to a separate column.

  • Talent pool

Keep good candidates you didn't pick this time and find them on the Candidates page by the pool filter.

Match score

The score is explained. The decision is yours.

Hire Mate ranks every candidate by your skill weights and shows the evidence found in the CV. No automatic rejection.

1. Explainable match score

A CV quote for every skill: why the score is what it is, and what's missing.

2. Scorecards

Interviewers score against the same criteria; others' scores stay hidden until you submit.

3. Knockout questions

Must-haves in a separate column: you look, you decide.

Decide together

The team scores against the same criteria: scorecards, notes, tags and a no-login review link for hiring managers.

Interview times without the back-and-forth

Offer a few slots: the candidate picks one, both sides get a calendar file, reminders go out automatically.

A pipeline that mirrors your process

Every job has its own stages. Every move stays in the history with time, owner and note; bulk moves and keyboard shortcuts save time.

Analytics

Measure your process. Improve it with data.

Reports are computed from your real applications: no estimates, no inflated numbers.

Time in stage

Where candidates wait: median days for every stage.

Sources

Where applications come from: feed, search, events, followers.

Response rate

How fast and how often you get back to candidates.

Everything hiring needs, working as one system.

  • Applicant tracking

Each job has its own stages: New → Reviewed → Shortlist → Interview → Offer.

  • Screening

Up to 5 questions; a knockout answer doesn't hide the candidate, it moves them to a separate column.

  • Match score

An explainable score from weighted skills: you see the evidence found in the CV.

  • Scorecards

Structured criteria; a no-login review link for hiring managers.

  • Interviews

The candidate picks one of your slots; both sides receive an .ics file.

  • Analytics

Funnel per job: applications, interviews, offers, hires, response rate.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Hire Mate ATS and HiMate for Employers?

HiMate for Employers makes your company known to students and graduates: company profile, posts, events. Hire Mate ATS manages the applications that come in: pipeline, screening, interviews and analytics. Both work in the same company account.

Does the ATS reject candidates automatically?

No. The match score and knockout questions only help you sort and group; candidates are never hidden and your team always makes the decision.

Do candidates see their status?

Yes. A student who applies on HiMate sees the status on their applications page, and when a job closes every candidate receives a polite closing reply.

How much does it cost?

Prices are not published yet. Starter, Growth and Enterprise will be priced in AZN; request a demo for an exact quote.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Each company's data is separated from the others at the database level.
